We’re Nadia and James…

Two best mates who started a little deli in the heart of Rawtenstall four and a half years ago. It’s a very small shop, but we’ve managed to pack a lot into it over the years. We’re probably best known for our huge sandwiches, but everything we make is about using proper ingredients, homemade sauces, good deli meats and salads that actually taste good. Nothing too fancy, just really good food made properly!

The shop might only fit about 7 people at a push, so once a month we take things on the road and host our Stinky Chef supper clubs at different restaurants and venues. These give us a chance to do something a bit different and get away from the sandwiches for the night, with six-course themed menus that change every time. It’s a chance to experiment with different dishes, cook for a bigger crowd and, most importantly, feed people some really good food!

Four and a half years in, we’re still doing what we love making food we’re proud of, trying new things and having a laugh along the way.The Stinky chef Deli has evolved and grown through loyal and new customers. Being run truly from the heart!
